Located within easy walking distance of the Golf Club house, academy and Spanish Village this family sized property would make an ideal holiday home, base for a golf break. Access to the mature landscaped garden and covered terrace  is via two sets of French windows. The pristine community gardens and swimming pool are just a dive away! Free car park on the street.

Hacienda del Alamo’s championship golf course, from the back tees, is one of the longest courses in Spain, the 5* Club House as the centre point of the resort is a fantastic place to enjoy a relaxed lunch in the ‘a la carte’ restaurant or grab a hearty English breakfast or bar snack before teeing off. Summer evenings watching the sunset from the large terrace over the distant mountains of the ‘Sierra Espuña’ with a sun downer and sampling the freshly prepared local products is an absolute must.

There are also some of the best golf practice facilities here in Murcia, Covered and open, 36 bay driving range spread over two tiers also short game and putting greens. Complimented by a full size 6 hole Academy Course, there really is no excuse not to improve your game. 

Hacienda del Alamo’s sports center with tennis courts, a full-sized football pitch, all weather five a side pitch, paddle courts and snack bar is also located within the resort. During our long summer breaks, daily sports activities are organized to keep the residents and their children occupied! 

A 5 minute car journey from the entrance gate is Fuente Alamo, the local town that pretty much offers most of what you might need on a daily basis with shops, bars and restaurants, it also has 2 medical centres and a bi-lingual school.

Further afield, the major towns of Cartagena and Murcia City are steeped in history and still offer a view of the real Spain with comparable services and shops of major cities in the UK. 

The Murcia Region, a popular destination for Spanish tourists boasts miles of un-spoilt beaches and The Mar Menor inland sea, the largest salt water lagoon in Europe offers many water based sports activities. Easily serviced by Corvera International Airport just 10 minutes’ drive away from the gates of the resort.
