Check in
On the date of arrival, check in time is from 4.00 pm. Wherever possible we will try to have the property available before this time but please be aware that due to the nature of holiday rentals the house keeping company may need extra time to prepare the property.
Check out
On the day of departure check out time is before 10.00 am. Wherever possible we can arrange for a late departure but this should be confirmed with Home Kare during your stay, obviously we can only offer a late check if the property is available and not subject to a back to back booking.
Prices
Prices shown are exclusive of VAT at 21%
Key Collection and return outside of office hours
Should your scheduled arrival or departure be outside of normal office hours, key collection is from our external safe situated on the side of the Home Kare office in The Spanish Village! Departure keys can also be left in the post box next to the main door of the office. All of our keys are coded and the numbers bear no relationship to the property addresses.

Damage Deposit
We reserve the right to take a credit card swipe or a cash deposit of 250 euros upon check in to cover possible damages etc.
Call Out Charges / Lost keys
For your peace of mind we have a 24 hour emergency contact number, outside of office hours please only use the number provided for emergencies! We reserved the right to charge an hourly administration fee for emergencies that are not deemed to be of our responsibility!
Please be extra careful with the keys to your holiday accommodation, if you have locked yourself out of your property and require assistance to gain access the following charges will be implemented:

If we are unable to gain access to the property due to keys being left inside the lock, we may need to call out a locksmith and all charges will passed on to the you.
Minimum Charge (Length of Stay)
Due to the nature of your holiday accommodation, our minimun charge is for four nights accommodation during the year accept in high season when the minimun charge is for seven nights accommodation
Occupancy
All of our properties are subject to the following bedding capacity, should these occupancy levels be abused we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation agreement immediately without refund:
Maximum occupancy:
1 bedroom - sleeps 2
2 bedrooms - sleeps 4
3 bedrooms - sleeps 6
4 bedrooms - sleeps 8
Smoking
All our properties are no smoking however smoking is generally permitted on balconies, patios and terrace
Pets
Pets in general are not permitted but a few of our owners will give permission for a small dog. Please check before confirming your enquiry.
Property Substitutions
Whilst we endeavour to provide the actual property required we may have to change you to an alternative property due to circumstances beyond our control, i.e. change of ownership of the property or unforeseen mechanical problems.
We reserve the right to change assigned properties without notice or liability should a requested property become unavailable
Minimum age for rental
We will not rent a holiday property to anyone under the age of 18 unless accompanied by a guardian. Should any booking be made under false pretences we reserve the right to terminate the accommodation agreement immediately without refund
Checking of property whilst occupied
Whilst every effort is made to ensure that you remain undisturbed during your stay, we reserve the right to enter the holiday accommodation assigned to you during your stay by an authorised employee or repairman may to affect any essential repairs without due warning. Wherever possible this will be carried out on your approval.
Cancellation charges:
12 weeks prior to arrival - 60€
8 to 12 weeks prior to arrival - 30% of total accommodation
4 - 8 weeks prior to arrival - 50% of total accommodation
2 - 4 weeks prior to arrival - 80% of total accommodation
Less than 2 weeks prior to arrival - 100 % of total accommodation
